Signature series choice pack vouchers?

What is there to complete in order to get that voucher? I've gone through all the moments (pretty sure all of them, most if not all) and haven't seen this as a reward. How can I obtain it? Thanks.

It's a random post game drop. The chances of any of us actually getting one are incredibly slim. But the more games you play the better the chance you have, I suppose.

Had one appear post game....but like a Diamond or a Gold it was the first to vanish and I got a crappy common like always
