Reached level 20 silver but never got card

Question. I got to level 20 silver on the show. I was supposed to be able to pick which diamond card I wanted after I got to level 20. Well I got there finally and It never had me pick a card and it says "redeemed" when I look at XP progression. I have no new diamond card. What's going on!?

There will be a pack in your My Packs section of your inventory that you open to choose.

I found it. Sorry I’m new to DD. I actually had a lot of packs that I didn’t even know about lol

Okay, I completed the 5th inning bosses challenge. It said I’d get either Donaldson Gibson or Gehrig. I only got 3 standard packs when I finished. I restarted the game and I still can’t pick from the 3 diamonds I mentioned. I’m confused.

You have to get 300 program points. The moments up to the boss are not near enough. You have to do more. There is a page in DD with 3 options on the left....One tells you what you get at each level for xp, one for the programs, and another for team affinity.
