My impression of this game so far.

Not sure if it's possible to fix via patch but defenders need to make more dive tackle attempts when chasing ball carriers.

Way too many big plays are happening because defenders are running right on the heels of the ballcarrier and not attempting a tackle until they either finally make contact or the ballcarrier crosses the goaline and it's too late.

Yeah I agree. I had almost 120 yards rushing in the first half, I like running the ball but that's a bit overkill imo.

We are looking into this, we've made tweaks to this a number of times over this dev cycle.

On a positive note, we did make progress this morning toning down the overpowered run game, especially breaking runs to the outside.

I haven't read every page here in this thread - and I've tweeted this a few times...

But is there any way to slow the game down a bit - it seems to play way too fast. Or at the very least, provide a game speed option??

Please don't slow game speed down...football is fast. Make the user run game a lot tougher...and we have a solid game.

No there isn't a way to slow down the game speed.

The college atmosphere needs to be upgraded. Even if it's just the drums that you have at the splash screen....it would nice to hear those drums play during college gameplay. I would think that's an easy fix...just needs some drums and some music and needs to be a little louder than what you have now.
Goal line 6-2 formation using Blitz all is broken. I can use this defense the entire game and sack the QB the majority of the time.
I like the running game but I feel that passing game is somewhat broken at least when playing the game.
Love all the customization and I actually love watching cpu vs cpu games....it looks great from the broadcast camera. Takes me back to early sports gaming days and watching your sim play out.
With that said I'm happy with the purchase and happy to support Canuckplay by buying the game.
