I heard maximum football got picked up by another Developer and using the unreal 4 Engine
Idk if 2k ever gonna make a sand box football game🏈

So let us kick off with some ideas and hope a community manger of some sort will read this and send the feedback to the new Dev team


I always scream ultimate sand box creations

College/pro rules. Or combine them like MYNBA

Division creation where you can name each Division,
Create up to 20 teams in each Division and have a Division
championship game in each Division just like college

Create your won rivalry
Rivalry will have tiers
Location rivalry, Division rivalry, tradition rivalry you play that team every year (USC vs Notre Dame)
playoff rivalry, and have a season rivalry week where all the rivals play eachother

Create up to 100 or more teams

A realistic ranking system that will judge your strength of schedule, rivalry games,and points

Create bowls with the options of using the name database

Playoffs creation
2,4,8,12,16, team playoffs

Trophy Creation 🏆
Customize all trophies like rivalry, Division Champion,mvp,and national championship

Atmosphere creation
Pro like fans or roudy College fans with live Band music

Natural commentary might be a reach and if so just make the crowd real loud as can be (Bill wash football in Sega)

Realistic Zone and man coverage
So if I had a Deion sanders type player no WR could just out run,catch Deep or in the middle of the field on me
A true blanket cover corner


From low to high rated pass/run blocking
So if I have a Lawrence Taylor type player vs a low rated blocker the blocker should be Lunch every time
But if I have a stone wall blocker my passing or running should be better

AI Creator

Create What type of running back,wr,QB. decision they make
For example make it where the running back hit the holes aggressive, patiently,fast,or slow,
Same way with moves the CPU make

New generation sliders

QB,RB,WR, DB,offensive/defensive LINE intelligence

Make it QB slider a percentage of throwing the ball deep,short,medium,out of bounds, frequency
This will get rid of the dink dink,scary throwing the ball away every time and especially stop holding onto the ball too long like a Statue 🗽 getting sack

Speed threshold slider like Madden

Realistic difficulty Levels
Rookie,normal,hard, championship,

Make every level realistic challenging

Adopt the NCAA college football 14 model where you can put your hard level for your offensive and championship Level on the CPU defense

Realistic Badge system so players come to life individually and not play like robots

Play your franchise for over 20 years

Stadium creation

Make each stadium unique
For example: if your winning in the season your stadium gets a full house and gets louder

Create which teams having the loudest crowd levels

Realistic momentum in games

Coach creation with badges
Edit all the coaches and coordinator in your franchises
If you want to make a Nick Saban or even bill belichick clone you can add all the badges the coach need to make Nick Saban coach like Nick Saban

You can choose College recruiting or pro drafts

Realistic penalty

Realistic challenge system

Choose pro or college overtime rules

Realistic AI gameplans before they play you

Realistic CPU recruiting
Realistic CPU drafting the CPU will make the best decision for it's team and not drafting The SAME 1st round QB every year even they already have a young established QB
And that goes for every position

Madden has messed up football gameplay for years
to the point I don't even care about playing with real teams anymore I rather play with fake created teams with realistic gameplay simulator in a fake football fantasy universe

Power graphics has evolved powerful enough where sandbox is the future.

An NFL Head Coach 06 port into it for coach mode.

Staff meetings, calling agents, owner meetings, interviewing coaches, weekly practices that have heavy impact on the following gameday, etc

Whatever this new game is it has to play at least as good as American football titles from three console generations ago.

It can't be a complete turd in the punch bowl on the field and expect to create a following (or for people to give continual, annual support).

This. If they can develop a game playing as well as NCAA 06 and/or Madden 05-08 on PS2 that would be great success to start off with and would be worth buying and playing.
