Start Rondo! He's going to be great.

Looking good so far, keep it up.

Re: Kentucky Wildcats (CH2K5)

F
Coppin State (0-0) 42
#13 Kentucky (0-0) 60

Although Coppin State was able to stay within 9-11 points of Kentucky throughout the first half and most of the 2nd half, Kentucky eventually proved to just be too skilled and athletic for them when they pulled out the 18 point victory in the win. Patrick Sparks was fantastic in his wildcats debut, going 5 for 7 from the field, including a perfect 3 for 3 from beyond the arc. He also added 10 dimes to accomplish his first double double as a Wildcat in his first game as a Wildcat. Kelenna Azubuike had a game high 17 points and added 4 assists. Chuck Hayes didn't have as much of impact as usual, however he still posted a respect-worthy 7 points, 2 assists, 3 steals, and 5 rebound performance. Freshmen starters Randolph Morris and Joe Crawford posted 18 points, 5 assists, 6 steals, and 14 rebounds between the two. Freshman guard Rajon Rondo had 1 assist and 2 steals in 2 minutes of playing time.

Player of The Game:

Patrick Sparks: 15 points, 10 assists, 3 steals, 2 rebounds

Kentucky Stats
Kelenna Azubuike: 17 points, 4 assists, 1 steal, 1 rebound
Randolph Morris: 10 points, 1 assist, 3 steals, 8 rebounds
Joe Crawford: 9 points, 4 assists, 3 steals, 6 rebounds
Chuck Hayes: 7 points, 2 assists, 3 steals, 5 rebounds

Next game: @Ball State
