Re: Florida Marlins MLB 2k7

Marlins get killed

(4-3) Milwaukee 10
(6-1) Florida 1

W - Capuano (2-0)
L - Olsen (1-1)

A forgettable performance for Florida pitching, giving up eighteen hits including a couple homers. The offense did nothing. The pitches came in three times as fast, and the hitter's eye was about the size of a ping pong ball.

Florida stinks

(5-3) Milwaukee 8
(6-2) Florida 1

W - Suppan (1-1)
L - Sanchez (0-1)

Sanchez got rocked and Florida couldn't manage any offense, allowing Suppan to pitch a complete game.

So after starting off 6-0 and losing two straight you now stink. What a frontrunner!

Yeah I've turned off the variable difficulty, the games were getting ridiculous, but I have the AI hitting a bit higher than I did in the first few games. Sliders still a work in progress.

HeelFan's sliders are nice if you want to give them a try...

Florida grabs series finale

(7-2) Florida 4
(5-4) Milwaukee 1

W - Mitre (2-0)
L - Bush (0-2)
S - Tankersley (1)

Jeremy Hermida hit a big two-run double in the sixth, while Willingham and Uggla both homered to give Mitre enough support for his second win this season. Tankersley pitched the last two innings, giving up one run but collecting his first save.

Atlanta kills Florida

(6-4) Atlanta 12
(7-3) Florida 2

W - Cormier (1-1)
L - Johnson (1-1)

Atlanta got a bunch of hits and Florida didn't get any. I simmed after the second inning when it was 10-0 and for some reason none of the set sliders were showing up in the game. Pitch speed way to high, practically nothing I have was there. I'm sick of this crap happening.

Florida powers to a win

(8-3) Florida 7
(6-5) Atlanta 1

W - Nolasco (2-0)
L - Smoltz (0-1)

Four different players hit it out of the park for the Marlins, who got back on the right track after a blowout and rainout. Nolasco kept the hitters in check, and Kensing perfomed well while pitching the final innings.
