You can not do anything, you can only continue running your dynasty there if you pay for the service. I haven't paid for an account yet, but when I do I will get the Hall-of-Fame package because it is easily the best deal; you get all the features and it is a lifetime membership for $20.

Yeah, that's what I did even though I don't post my dynasty there. I did it to always have access to the Tool Box for the html stuff.

You really do not need to be a member to use the toolbox. I used to use it, but I was not a member.

Like James said, all of the toolbox HTML stuff is all free for members and non-members.
