Re: Colorado’s Successful Start

If Colorado takes a beatdown from Southern Cal like the one Oregon dished out, Coach Prime's Rocky Mountain Honeymoon will be over before he sets foot in EA's CFB next year. If the Buffs can hold it to those two losses and then maybe one more at Utah, maybe the honeymoon will rollover. I know Colorado only won one game all last year, but this 2023 Colorado CFB team has almost as much to do with the 2022 Colorado Avalanche as it does the 2022 Colorado CFB team. So however bad that 2022 Colorado Buffalo team was, it has no real bearing on this years squad.

Re: Colorado’s Successful Start

I was a Buff before an Illini (I made this account in grad school when I was more in basketball), so watching the reaction to this season has been wild. CU was atrocious last year and has been for the better part of 20 years. One of the worst teams in CFB history bad. An incoming CU freshman would have only seen one winning season in their entire life. The average CFB fan hasn't even thought about the school since Mel Tucker left.

I'm sure CU is gonna get walloped by the Trojans like we have every year. Big deal. It's still a successful season so far.

Also, sorry I accidentally ''reported'' the above post, when I actually meant to ''quote'' it.
I was thinking about starting a thread on that exact topic. EA would sell a lot more copies if they put Deion on the cover.

They would be smart to say a million miles away from that clown.

Wearing George Costanza's Gortex jacket when it's 50 degrees out?

Deion didn't come to Colorado for the weather obviously. He's gone the second somebody offers him a better deal.
