Download the latest version of the template here (360, PS3, PS2)

To request a cover please follow these guidelines:
1. Player name/Team
2. Desired console
3. Picture (opitional) *must be 2000 pixels or bigger

Please be patient once a request is made

*Anyone can post their covers, and anyone can take requests*

A great site to host your cover on is PicturePush, also be sure to save your covers as .png

To print:
1. Save large picture
2. Open in paint or any other imaged editing program
3. Print
