Um....is anyone else getting this message when trying to load you custom playbooks? It won't load my offensive playbook even when I go and re-save it BEFORE trying to practice.

Yes, and it completely changed my playbook around. New formations, plays, everything. I have to completely redo my playbook.

Most likely not because you simply cannot rework your CPB like it was before. There are formations that aren't there anymore (I-Tight for example) and others which have plays missing (Maryland I has only 3 run plays and nothing else...)

Got the same problem. Worked fine yesterday, then when I updated today everything is completely destroyed.
I read on EA's webpage, that they had fixed a bug in the custom playbook. Don't think they fixed it, they just replaced it with another bug!!!

Thanks EA. I'm now going to stick a giant fork in my eye. I have to re-create 7 bugged playbooks after already re-creating 2 previously bugged playbooks. Maybe by October 1 I'll actually be able to play a game.

What a mess, still cant delete certain formations and have to redo playbooks with missing plays and formations. How can they make such a mess in such a short time from last year...geez...does madden have these issues?

What the hell. The Patch broke my old playbook. Ok, so I'll make a new one, whatever. Except, I can't. There are TONS of plays missing. Pistol: Full house shows that there are 12 possible runs, and 15 passes. BUT, when I select the formation to edit plays, there's only 9 total plays listed. Plus, the freaking game won't let me remove certain formations, even if there's one play in it, and I'm at 300 plays for the playbook.

Before the patch my custom playbook worked perfectly and never had any problems. Now my plays and formations are all in a different order. I have some plays and formations that are no longer there and when I try to go into a hurry up offense I can only use one formation now. Has anyone found a way around this problem?

I'll have to spend another hour making a playbook because my old one doesn't load anymore.

Try the 9 I created to assing different CPU offenses so they wouldn't calls kamikaze blitzes and useless QB runs

Frustrated suits me pretty well at this point.

If you havent gotten past the resave your playbook message, i just did this

I just copied all of my playbook files to another device, including the list(just incase it didnt work) first. Then deleted all of those files from the original location. Moving them is the same but im givin you my exact order. Then created my playbook. And anytime i got the message about removing a play from a certain formation, i added another play to it (so any formation that forces you to have 1 play in it, i added another play to it). And thats it. Im currently playing with this new pb and the dynasty game loaded. Havent tried practice.

And i didnt wanna delete my formations because hopefully i can migrate them back over

BTW: I did get a set of 12 plays from the I form tight that isn't selectable without it counting against my total number of plays.

If you don't care about playing online, like me, you can always delete the patch.
