Wont snap when button pressed

Guys,

Every once in a while I have a play when the QB will not snap the ball when I press the A button (xbox). What is the deal? Is that supposed to happen? It has happened to me in other years as well. Anyone?

This usually happens to me after I've called an audible or changed a WRs' route.

It happens when you play on the road or your players are rattled. The players can not hear or understand the audible so the qb does not snap until everyone resets
