New penalty

I simmed a kick return to me, and saw an illegal touching penalty called on the opposition. Anyone ever see this? Very kewl

I've seen it called twice on the CPU, not during kickoffs though.

this isn't really a "new" penalty. It was in games years ago, they took it out for whatever reason so for the past few years receivers could run deep out of bounds then back in and be wide open without it being called. They finally put it back in this year (which I had been asking for for years).

I've never seen it called on a kickoff though as a player has to run out of bounds without being forced and then be the first to touch the ball when he comes back on.
