OD Custom Playbook Not an Option

So I'm about to start my first OD with some buddies of mine, but I don't have the option of picking my custom playbook. Did they remove that option this year???

Set it in your Coaching Philosophy settings

Tried that and it doesn't show up. Just goes straight from generic spread to Air Force. Wonder if the allow custom playbooks option is backward.

Commissioner has to set rules to allow custom playbooks. It turned off by default.

I am the commish. I have it turned on and I can edit the playbook....but in coach philosophy it doesn't show up. It looks like I should be able to choose it when I try to start the game though. I guess I'll find out.

You have to advance a week before any settings take effect.

Im not sure why in my online Dynasty before I start my game I have the option to choose it after I pick my uniform. It will not show in the coaching strategy section in the online Dynasty main menu section.
