XP question..

I know getting XP to accrue is a lost effort. What we would do is give out 20 XP to all new coaches. Now when we add new coached, they dont even get that. I've done the transfer commissioner thing with no luck. Anyone else have suggestions?

I have researched here, but wanted to ask in case I missed anything.

In an online dynasty if you add a coach after the start of the preseason those new coaches don't accrue xp ever.
It's a huge flaw. After finding it out I don't want to join an OD after it starts

Everyone would get 20 XP at least least, so while you may not be able to accrue beyond, at least you would have that... But I cant even give that out now. We are in 2047 and im not interested in restarting but may have to

Have the people join with a new psn. It works sometimes. Having people join in the offseaon or at preseason helps too.
