first off let's hold our horses, I've only been able to load a save file not modify it and load it back into the game

second, my understanding of the NCAA 14 save file means this should be possible

finally pics or it didn't happen, I downloaded some EWU team and threw it in there, saved the game and tried to do some of the sort of thing I do

so to test saving, all I did was change South Alabama's record to 3-11, it's 2-11 in a brand new dynasty (and you can see it in a screen shot above)

and well it worked

I need to do a lot more testing to see what happens to the dynasty file after a season of play, and I have a busy weekend ahead of me so I won't do much testing. but in a week or so, I think I can see what happens after a season and if the editor will keep working

Great work! The one thing I've always been curious about with regards to utilizing TeamBuilder and the editor is being able to assign uniforms, stadiums, and logos to existing teams, rather than bringing in the whole team. My thought was always that slot 1 had a certain logo number and uniform number. From there, you could use the editor to change out existing teams information with TeamBuilder information so you didn't lose all the rivalries. Thought this would be a way to freshen up an existing team without having to completely recreate a team on TeamBuilder, as this would make the TeamBuilder roster unnecessary to complete.

I'm watching. Very curious. My OD is using North Dakota State South Dakota state App State Montana in place of a few teams, so this is interesting

what I've been able to do so far:

in order to be able to continue my dynasty that's in the year 2198 (!), I started a new dynasty and added App St and Ga Southern in as my team builder teams. I set them as rivals in the editor

part of continuing my dynasty means copying over all the coaching data (it doesn't work to do it in the roster for some reason), regardless this requires a lot of editing

then I was able to load my save back in the game.

in the schedule I can see GS/App St as having a rivalry game. I can see all my coaches

I need to sim through a few seasons to make sure the dynasty won't go haywire, but so far it looks very promising

Latest update: I've got the web page creator now working with team builder. After setting up my schedule for the season, I've been able to start a new dynasty with team builder teams

I'll see how playoff modding goes in the next couple days

Yes the editor and web creator only work in offline dynasties

I noticed this offline dynasty is from XBox. Did you do anything different before opening it in the editor?

I quickly tried to open an existing dynasty (8+ seasons, with 12 TeamBuilder teams) from my PS3, and I got error messages. When I get a little more time, I'm going to create a new dynasty with 1 TeamBuilder team and see what happens.

By default the editor doesn't work with team builder dynasties. I modified it to work
