whatever Madden has. I haven't played Madden in many years. Are the skills and attributes in Madden still the same as in NCAA 14?

They've grown since NCAA 14. QBs have different accuracy ratings for throwing Short, Medium, Long, On the Run, and Under Pressure. QBs also have a Play Action rating.

WRs have different route running ratings for Short, Medium, and Deep routes.

There's likely others that are new since 14, but those are what I know off the top of my head.

Re: For those who play Madden I'm guessing skills and attributes will replicate

In Addition to what Canes listed these are also in Madden that aren't in NCAA

Press Coverage
Change Of Direction (This replaced the Elusiveness rating that was in both NCAAA and Madden)
Break Sack
Lead Block

Then don't forget Madden also has the TRAITS and QB Throwing Style

I don't expect NCAA to use all of the Madden ratings because there is no way in hell, they can track short, medium and long accuracy for every College QB.

Same thing applies to WR route running rates for short, medium and long.

I suspect they will only add the Change of Direction, Break A Sack and Lead Block rating.

I think they kinda have to be in the game if they are using the same engine as Madden. Plus, nothing is stopping them from having generally random approximations for these attributes. It's really no different from the speed, agility, acceleration attributes they had in the past for players.

Also PFF tracks all of these stats, so they could accurately rate them if they wanted to. PFF started tracking college data in 2014, the year after NCAA stopped production so that should be a good resource for the new game. They would be foolish not to partner with PFF either in an official or unofficial manner.

I will say, I like how NCAA 14 shows the number score for a player's attributes in a simple horizontal bar graph instead of that funny looking circle graph thing, or at least, that is what it looks like to me. I know this is a rather simple approach in NCAA 14, but it is direct and to the point.

They will probably just fake it if they don't know the ratings for each qb. Have they defined what lead block is? Impact block is when both players are in motion.
