The stadiums do look a little better. I love the pregame show idea with the guys at the desk with the stadium behind them - they even had Corso putting on the mascot head like on College Gameday. Very cool. Should've had this years ago, but at least it'll be in this year.

From the interview, they said they fixed the ball physics, also including the blocking, tipped passes, and drops.

The results can be either of the following:

1) The best looking and playing NCAA football to date

OR

2) NCAA 2005, Part 2 - It looks better and has more features than the original

Only time will tell which result it will be.

Im picking two. I think its cosmetic to offset unresolved issues such as speed cheats.
