marylands rated a bit too high considering last years horrible season, but im not complaining. I wonder who will be the impact players for them.(definantly not a quarterback) Oh yeah, for those of you that didn't know, impact players can change throughout a season. You can turn any player into an impact player and visa versa. I think thats pretty sweet.
