I was curious of how many of you actually type in all the names of the players, the same as I do. Just another topic to fill the days before the release.

I type in most of them, it helps when people release the names in the order they appear in the game.

Do most people have action replay or what? I was thinking of picking one up, how easy is it to use?

its easy. alot of people have trouble figuring it out though.

I have an Xbox and want to get something so that I can download the rosters, is that an action replay? How does it work? How much does it cost?

an action replay costs about 30 bucks and it is pretty easy to use. all i did was go to ps2rosters.com and they have a guide to using it. its a great pickup. you need to have an open usb port on your computer though.

Just be careful using those, especially Max drive, they will wipe your memory card clean sometimes. I'd back up important files before you use one of those devices.

Also for anyone who has PS2 I can copy the names for you if you don't want to buy the device. You can either send me a memory card or a check for whatever a memory card costs and shipping and i'll do it for no charge. Or if you're in Richmond, VA I can do it for you in person.

I'd suggest a check though as one guy who sent me the memory card last year when I got the envelope there was a small slit in side and no memory card. I think a mailman somewhere got an extra memory card.
