Right analog stick on Offense

I thought I heard that pushing up on the right stick caused the RB, etc to perform a shoulder charge this year yet I haven't seen this tactic being used in any of the videos.

Am I missing evidence of this? I hope I am because powerbacks always seem to get short changed in these games.

I just figure it's a feature just in Madden.

This isn't necessarily definitive, but... http://www.gameinformer.com/News/Sto...1748.55963.htm

To go along with the new emphasis on the word Impact (we kid!), you’ll be able to utilize the new Impact Stick, which in laymen’s terms is also known as the right analog stick. The Impact Stick is the tool with which you can pull off power moves and left, right, and back jukes. If you’re playing defense, you can use the Impact Stick to lay out particularly devastating hits to an offensive player, much like the Hit Stick in Madden NFL. But like in that game, the Impact Stick comes with a price, and missing an opponent with a big hit virtually leaves that player out the rest of the player since it takes so much time to recover from using it.fficeffice" />>>
Why haven't we seen more of that in the vids? Just a theory, but I think it's because poor Jon Robinson (the guy at IGN who's been exposing himself to ridicule by providing the PotD vids) has no game whatsoever.

It should be said, that Jon Robinson really is not concentrating on these games while he is making these videos. He actually said that most of the time he'll play for a bit, then hand the controller off to some intern because he had something to do, so that may explain it.

Yeah that guy is horrible. Aside from showing us the graphics and animations he's not showed us much in terms of the playbook or how any play but handing off the ball or a streak pattern works.
