I tend to agree about the PS2 game playing better than the XBox version. Of course this is just a personal statement and not fanboyism. I just don't like using the black and white buttons.

I like my XBox, just not for most sports games.

Wasn't the general consensus from 2005 that the game did in fact play better on the PS2 version, with less slowdowns and fewer dropped passes? Weren't there posts here from people who got the X-Box version first and then got the PS2 version who confirmed this?

How do you know it will always play better on the PS2?? Granted some people experienced some issues on XBox last year but I don't think you can make that statement based off of one year because 2004 on the XBox was great!
