Is it worth getting for NCAA 2006?

Strategy guides for sports games are worthless IMO.

I don't have it but I've bought them before. The only purpose they really serve is to help ease, and at the same time heighten, the anticipation of the game. There's really no strategy in them...IMO. So, since the game is due out Tuesday and there's already so much useful info floating around the net I don't think it warrants a purchase at this juncture.

This, mind you, is just one man's humble opinion.

not really unless it has every teams playbook breakdown.

I just got mine so I'll let you know if there is anything wortwhlie in it. I just get it to hold over some of the anticipation for the game.

Okay, I read most of it. It's pretty useless really. It's good for a beginner who doesn't know too much about football and the plays and formations. If you want some basic insight then it's good. For the diehard fan though, it proves to be pretty much just a coaster for my beer.
