To anyone out there with PS2 Version,

When your runner gets held up and you're supposed to mash a button to either break tackle or get additional yards, which button am I supposed to mash... same thing on D, which button am I supposed to mash to ensure a tackle. BTW, I have PS2 Version. Thanks!

Is this new? I thought I remembered this from like NCAA 99 or something but I didn't know this was still around.

Thanks, sounds like a good new addition.

The speed burst button would make sense to tap. Not sure though.

I actually saw this feature last night, but I didnt do it the computer did during my RFTH tryout part. Pretty cool the WR caught the ball and the broke the tackle around the 10 and went in to score, but I have yet to do this. Pretty cool feature considering I didnt know it was in the game.

Thanks, I'll try the speed button next time this happens. I'm still adjusting to the new button config.

Yep, it is speed burst. When you see the "stood up but not tackled" animation, hammer on it.
