Dirty Disc Error

I pretty much had the same problem and all I did was clean the "Laser Lens" with a DVD Laser Lens cleaner problem solved no more DDE.

Na it is not the game system. ****, it is the game. I am on my second copy and all I get is errors. I have yet to play a game. This is a major issue at this point.

Try cleaning your laser lens as I suggested in a previous post.

Not necessarily. Some games seem to be very prone to this error. I remember when the GotY edition of Morrowind came out for Xbox, there was a similar problem with people getting dirty disc errors with that game and no other one. This game seems to be doing the same thing, since people are getting it in NCAA 06 and not in the other games they're playing.

Now, it might be true that the problem is that the drive is slightly dirty and there's something about games like Morrowind and NCAA 06 that make the drive more sensitive to dirt...but I wouldn't know how to go about testing something like that.

Cleaned drive. Still same issue. Oh well, wasn't meant to me. All my other games play fine. EA SUCKS!!! ha
