lock up problems?

the game has froze up on me 8 times at different points now, including right after a game in my dynasty - what a gigantic piss off. Is anyone else having this problem?

XBOX or PS2? A friend of mine has had nothing but problems with his copy because it seems in some cases the Thompson drive doesn't get along with NCAA. He took his XBOX back and got a Samsung and it's been fine so far.

I get a crapload of DDE's on my Xbox. Is there an inexspensive way to get a new CD Drive for it?

I've had this game freeze on me everytime I hit pause during the first game of my UConn dynasty.(PS2)

Have you guys ever cleaned out your xbox or ps2? Opened the case and used compressed air on the system. Chances are you have close to 1/4 - 1/2 inch worth of dust in you consoles and your consoles maybe over heating.

Several times during the cutscene after a penalty, I have had it freeze up.
Oddly, this happened only during rainy weather. I had to restart my bowl game (South Carolina vs Miami U.) twice.

I had my PS2 do it with NCAA once during the intro when the fans yell EA Sports. I hit start to skip it and el locko. Not as frustrating as during a game but still miffed me.
