That is a good point... In the dynasties I've played, I never once came across Hawaii, and much less in a position (on the road AT Hawaii) to see their mascot.

Meh...EA will just pay him his settlement, then buy the rights to the mascots so he cant use it. While they're at it, they may just buy Hawaii.......

OK, I can understand that they are using his likeness without consent, but what about all the players? They have the hairstyle and numbers accurate, how is that not using their likeness?
