How about a D 1AA dynasty mode instead of add/removing teams to fit them in. If you have D 1AA rosters with real names and such..this should be the logical next step.

Good Idea! Or they just add in the D1AA teams into the mix so AA players can get into the draft. There has been some notables that last couple of years in the NFL like Darren Sharper and such.

Also to add what others said about training camps...add in a preseason practice mode to see who should be a starter. Because that incoming freshman might snap the job away and become amazing.

Here are some things I am hoping for. 1AA and the 1A should have a coinsiding dynasty where the 1AA has playoffs and the 1A has the bowl system and occasionally a top player will go to a 1AA school in recruiting.
Better atmosphere with all the authentic fight songs, rousers, and stadium specific stuff.
More announcers.
With created schools more options with uniforms. A create your own logo feature in create a school mode. Add Old Gold as one of the colors and not mustard yellow. Shoes you should be able to pick more than the base color you should also be able to choose the stripes. You should be able to add NIKE and Adidas logos to things on your created schools.
As far as equipment the new rev helmets need an update on their facemasks. More styles on the gloves. The OAKLEY logo with the visors. Add the Silver/Smoke visor, this is a must. Make the white facemasks actually look white and not gray. You should be able to choose the color of the chin strap. Long sleeves should be worn in temperature below 45 and not just anything below 30. Add the different types of NIKE and Adidas shoes. put the Med band lower on the elbow. You should be able to add a band of tape on the wrist. And make that all different colors. The sock height should be customizeable to each player some players where medium and some where them low. Add the olineman knee brace. Add the CP Butterfly restrictor for the neck. And fix the Cowboy collar so that it is black. Nobody where the old style elbow pad add the new style Neo Sleeve instead. You should be able to pick between lo, mid, or high top shoes. Add the olineman glove. Add the RB Bull facemask but don't add the RB Robot like in madden the 3-bar RB 2 is better. Add the black ankle support. Add the EGJOP style facemask.
With recruiting add Samoa as a place to recruit players.
Be able to add in a players hometown for example you select a state if a persons hometown is not listed they should have the option to type it in.
In the ratings section add a return rating.
Add poor snaps on field goals maybe a partially high or low snap. Make the place kicker actually have to wait for the ball to be spotted for them to kick it.
A more variety of special teams plays.
Add the actual real coaches if at all possible.
Add all the NFL stadiums for neutral site games in dynast mode. You should be able to pick what time the game is.
You should have to choose assistant coaches.
Upgrades for stadiums and to be abe to customize your stadium more in the create a school option.

High School all star game and after the game the players say were they are going and during the game

Signing Day were players out on the hat
have Every player go to the madden in the draft classes
impact freshmen and it could be a 2star player or a 5star play but have no way for the player to know who it is till the season starts

and change impact players to clutch players

I want to see the hiring, firing, and hiring away of offensive and defensive coordinators in which affects your playbook. So basically you hire an OC that you want to run his playbook and it can't be changed once he is hired. If you have great success, obviously your OC would get offers around the NCAA to be a head coach. So when you have to replace him, you must hire a new coordinator, but you have to scout them because you want to make sure you get a OC who will run the offense you want. I think something like this would keep the game fresh over the course of a 5-10 year dynasty because you must cope with learning new plays because your OC might change.

BLOCKED FGS/XPS And how about bad holds? Special teams makes college football, it's been crappy for TOO long.

More effective pass blocking, especially by the backs.

1) Conference expansion - The number of teams in a conference should be able to change.
2) D1-AA teams are part of dynasty.
3) D1-AA should be able to move up to D1-A during the dynasty as part of conference expansion.
4) Updated all-time teams.
5) Expanded rosters.
6) BCS selection show.
