During the RFTH, if there is a really good matchup, is there any way that you can just watch the game between two cpu controlled teams?? Thanks.

I haven't tried it but I would guess that you can just start the game as Hum vs CPU and then after the coin toss move your controller to the middle to get a CPU vs CPU game.

I tried to start a game, but was only given the option to simulate game, week or season?

Go ahead and actually start the game like you would play it. Then after the coin toss, hit Start, go to the menu and move the control to the center. Should be CPU v CPU after that. Caveat -- I have not tried this in RFTH mode, but I'm thinking it should work.
