Deep Stat Tracking: Awesome, I'm one of those stat heads!
If they game moves like madden 360 who cares its gonna suck. 30 FPS makes me want to throw up. Plus in the 360 Trailer I saw the corner route animation which means we are back to corner routes being money plays.

Was last year's game running at 30 fps? If so, I can live with that.

Last year's NCAA on current gen was 60 FPS. Madden 06 on 360 was 30 FPS.

Which means choppy, unresponsive controls on the 360 ala madden. Looks like its back to regular xbox.

While I would prefer 60, the 30 fps of Madden 06 did not bother me. From what I hear, this year's Madden will be 60. I wonder if that trend of Madden getting features a year ahead of NCAA will continue even when it's something huge like new physics or if they'll try to synchronize it so as not to have an NCAA game with pitiful physics compared ot what is in Madden. Of course, we have no idea when that might happen but that's another story.
