College gameday and that theme song should be everywhere in this game. To me it seems that EA is wasting the license.

Yeah. This game should reek of ESPN, but EA seems to be a bit too proud to do that, showing they only got the ESPN license so 2k couldn't.

I imagine we'll see it next year. Remember that this is the first year of NCAA so they had to retool the engine for the 360, along with the addition of real stadiums to the game. This year they have to make sure the engine works. Next year they'll add the ESPN stuff. Sega did the same thing.

Unfortunately though the answer always seem to be next year. There should be at least something in there besides a ticker. I can understand it not being in Madden 06 but this game should be full of ESPN goodness.

Not only that, but EA now has full rights to the NFL films library. They should be able to do tons of stuff regarding the Hall of Fame, record books, throw back teams, that they couldnt do in the past.

Not just using the NFL films for remix songs.

I can't believe that 2k did most of the ESPN integration things that we want on Xbox, and almost 2 years ago now! We're on a stronger system and Madden hasn't improved on the presentation of the game.
