You walk into your local EB tomorrow and low and behold you're special and you have a choice between these 3 games and can only buy one. For whatever reason (remember this is fantasyland) you have to wait at least a year to buy one or both of the other titles. Which would you choose?

Halo 3
Gears of War
NCAA Football '07

all 360 games of course.

either besides the sports game. halo and the other game arents yearly titles, so the sports game doesnt seem like a must
