I have a question about the BCS games (in ncaa football 07 360)

Will there be the 4 normal BCS bowl games (but no #1 vs. #2 match, kinda like the pre-BCS days), and after that the top two teams after the dust has settled will play in the nat'l championship game?

If you mean that the teams to play in the NC game are chosen after the regular BCS games, that is not how it now works in real life so I doubt they'd make it this way in the game. The #1 and #2 teams at the end of the regular season will not play at all in the regular BCS Bowls but rather will ONLY play in the National Title game to be played after the regular BCS Bowls. A lot of people seem confused about this. It basically changes nothing of how the system works but rather introduces 2 more BCS bids, one of which will normally go to a mid-major.
