Just a side note, if you know before the snap that you want to commit to the pass or run, you can press up or down on the right stick before the snap and hold it and it will assign the commit when the ball is snapped, like that you dont have to worry bout flicking it up or down within the 1 or 2 seconds after the snap.

I actually think that B (if we're talking about the 360 version) is to "switch" players, so it zooms out so that you can see all of the players you may want to switch to. Mainly used to put a guy in motion, I would guess.

Yeah I guess so sometimes, but I use it when they computer is 3rd and long and especially if time is running down and they are behind in the score. The odds would be that they will pass so I would commit to the pass.

I haven't really looked at it greatly but when I was predicting the right play it was very helpful. I'd like to be able to tape the game and see how the secondary reacts with/without the commit action. Seemed like they weren't converting third and longs nearly as much. I think the feature is great. Like as said before, if you commit to the run and it's PA, expect to be BURNED!
