Didn't think this would matter so much? (Pass/Run commit)

I've been playing my Dynasty through 7 games. Up next is UNC vs. ND @ ND. I start using the pass commit a lot since, well, it is Brady Quinn..

What a difference it makes! I knocked down so many passes it was rediculous. I was getting spanked half of the season. I ended up holding on to for a 21- 16 victory. They were 3-3 in the redzone...3 Field Goals!

Of course, when they would run, they'd gain about 8 yards if i was committed to the pass, but I took that chance.

Right after the snap you either hit up or down on the right thumbstick and you'll either commit to the pass or run. It seems when you commit to the pass the coverage is "tighter". I think Brady went 12-26! (AA Playmakersv1)

And when you commit to the run and it's a playaction, your DBs can get burned deep more easily.

Yeah I didn't think it would matter so much either, but this is an overplayer addition I actually like, since you're not forced to use it every play.

Definitely, I have to lay off the run commit because I'm getting burned on PA deep at least once a game right now. Probably smart anyway since my run D is better than my pass D.

I have 360 and very occasionally I won't get it in on time. But I normally get my pass commit.

For UNC I don't use run commit as much as I do pass. My coverage isn't the greatest so it helps offset the disadvantage I have a bit..

I learned about this yesterday on the boards, and it made a HUGE Difference in my defense. Do you have a certain amount of time to use it?

Also when using a passing play. Press B to make your screen zoom out so you can actually see your receivers.

Between just these 2 adjustments I have made huge strides in my success.
