I'm planning out purchasing this game over the weekend. Could someone please answer how you go about choosing a team. Do they give you a contract and can you get fired. I haven't purchased an NCAA football game in a few years and just curious. Also can you start off at a small school and work your way up to a bigger one kinda like College hoops 2k6. Thanks!

In dynasty you are free to pick any team you like. You can be fired if you don't perform to expectations and you can be offered jobs by teams with higher prestige if you perform well.
