When you select your impact players after the spring game, can you only select 1 on off and 1 on def or can you have 3 total again?

From what I have heard, it is people get two and over the course of the season, someone emerges (if someone performs above their expect play level). I haven't independently confirmed this myself but that is what I have heard.
