kick blocks

Who do you guys control to block kicks? Do you use the outside guys (I think they're highlighted yellow in the play) or do you go with an interior lineman and try and jump the snap?

So you select a kick block and control the returner (for a punt) and your computer controlled players have blocked kicks? That's awesome.

Anyone who'se manuallly blocked one have any advice.

Thanks

Re: kick blocks

I have blocked 1 kick. It was all luck, the guy had a 50 yard FG so he put the aimer all the way down. And whenever you to kickblog 2 guys will jump up in the air right at they kick it like in real life.

Re: kick blocks

Yesterday against LSU (I was Auburn), I blocked 2 extra points and a FG. I've never blocked a FG in a NCAA game as I remember, much less three in one game. Pretty crazy, still lost though

Who I controlled was my defensive right end. For Auburn it was Marquis Gunn.

Re: kick blocks

I blocked one with Clemson against NC State....I usually try to use the outside CB on the All Out Punt Block formation...I think putting the fastest guys you have on both ends of that formation can give you a better chance of blocking it.

I have'nt had the luck to block a FG attempt or an extra point yet....Advice anyone?
