I've been running the WR screen to death with Jarret and Smith. Once in a while it wont work but i like getting the ball to Smith/Jarret with 1 guy to beat/run over with Jarret for a nice gain.

I love the stretch plays too - unless you are controlling one of the teams that have a glitch in this play., I ran it twice with UCLA against Utah and the QB didn't had it off, he just started running backwards. I couldn't stop him ( maybe I shoulf have hit dive, just thought of that). I kinda forgot about it and ran the same play later, same result. I had about -40 yards on the two plays.

This is the first game I have played that properly executes the stretch running plays.

Also does a nice job in the screen/draw game as well.

Hate to bring up 2k5, but I thought they did stretch plays preety well too.

But I agree with your point.

I cant get HB screens to work for crap. They always drop the pass.

WR screens work great tho.

I like the stretch plays, but I'll like them even more if/when EA implements some lateral movement of engaged blocks. Then, stretch plays can get stretched to the sidelines by the defense. I find the defense doesn't maintain it's leverage when you attempt to hit the outside. This would be possible if blocks were more mobile.
