In-season recruiting.. Does it get any deeper than distributing points?

Regarding in-season recruiting.. At any point, does it get any deeper than distributing points among players you are interested in?

You schedule visits, but it doesn't really need to get any deeper.

How do you schedule visits?

All I seem to be able to do is distribute points and use O to see what comments a recruit has.

Also, if a guy starts to lose interest, is it worth keeping points invested in him, or can I just reduce to 0 and re-distribute elsewhere?

You have to wait until you're in their top 3 schools to schedule a visit.

If you make it to be one of the recruit's last 3 choices then you can schedule a visit. You need to make sure to have used enough points to find out from the comments how to target your visit. Also the timing of the visit is important; make sure you pick a week when you expect to win (against a top ranked opponent would be good, but make sure to win).

On the second question it depends how many recruits you have left. If it's early I would dump him; if you have 5 or less left its probably worth it to keep trying.
