Are you guys able to use JTS with consistent success aginst the computer when the clock is not about to expire? I go offsides if I try to get cute with it when there is more than 3 seconds on the play clock, works great IMO.

I do agree that many more short duration, discreet, and smooth animations would be a huge boon to this game.

I have been doing that and getting the "Great Jump" thing across the bottom, but it really doesn't make much difference except I engage the OL a little further in their backfield.
Thats really interesting, because if it was like that on AA then I wouldn't have that much of a problem with it. Now because I think its fundementally flawed I don't use the feature myself, but the CPU uses it against me of course, and roadkills one of my olinemen about 10 snaps a game. This is despite me being totally obsessed with randominzing my snap count.

Ironically though I will say that it has allowed me to keep all my blocking sliders at default and produce running totals that match up nicely with the ratings of my players. If I have a scrubby line and and a scrubby back then getting 4ypc is a struggle like it should be. So there is some good with the bad.

This would improve ALL sports games tremendously.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I wish the collision detection was a tad better, as seen in this picture;

Two players at full speed on the same team collide, instead of both falling down, they bounce off and run at full speed at my runningback for the tackle.
