Next Gen-Defensive tips

I can score all day, but I suck at defense. Can anybody give me some good defenses to run and also which man should I control on defense? Thanks.

Stick to the basics... cover 2 out of the 4-3, nickel and dime are my bread and butter, especially in big games.

I almost always control a lineman or a player that will be blitzing, then switch to a DB what the pass is in the air... sometimes I control a saftey from the start if I know the CPU will be throwing a bomb.
