What is best for exploiting particular defensive sets? For passing I know it depends on coverage but what kinds of runs work best against certain sets. For example, what running plays exploit the 4-3 Over set etc?

Any help would be appreciated.

thats tough to say but for the 4-3 over im guessing ace- singleback formations and run away from the linebackers... if they are runnin a 3-4 then my guess is youd want a fullback to take the next level for you so i form or strong/weak formations would probably work...
