The only two I've seen were both in one game(I've played almost 30 total). I remember because I was so surprised to see one. Then when the second came a little later on, I was in shock! By the way, I have the slider on default.

I see a ton when I am in practice. Maybe once every 20 plays or so.

I have played about 30 games with no facemask called.

Have played about 60 games (360) not one called.

Add to that, have only seen one holding call as well.

40-50 games and no face mask either.

As far as holding, I see atleast one-two a game.
