9 turnovers in one game

... no, not total... just by me.

6 on fumbles, 3 INTs.

I fumbled the ball SEVEN TIMES!! That's unacceptable. And dont give me the "you have to protect the ball stuff... because I do. I'll blame myself for the two fumbles by my QB when he went to throw the ball, and the one that wasn't a fumble, but I forgot I had the ability to challenge until after i watched the replay.

I'll blame myself for 2 of the INTs(threw into coverage). The third was just a result of my low QB accuracy in my sliders... so i guess that's sort of my fault too.

That leaves, however, 4 or 5 rediculous fumbles. I had 7 turnovers in the first half.

I blame momentum for a lot of it. I think turnovers(fumbles more specifically) is an awful way of showing who has momentum in their favor.

It's weird. Sometimes I'll go an entire game and have one turnover(or none... usually i make a bad pass though and it gets picked). Then I'll have a game with 5... but 9 is the highest I've seen... it should have only been 5 or 6.

That does sound like some BS. I just got the game recently, but from what I have read here, I am a bit wary about the momentum meter.

Now I will brace myself for the EA defenders who will come out and cite all the occaisions over the last 40 years that a team has fumbled 6 times in a game.

Momentum is definitely a big key in this game.

well just look at it this way...what this game takes from you in lame fumbles, it gives back to you in the form of a closer game and the awesome JTS instant sacks that give your DE's like 20+ sacks a season on AA difficulty.

Re: 9 turnovers in one game

I may be enroute to a guy like that. I'm in game one of year 2 with Fresno State. It's us (B) hosting K-State (B). The score is 14-10 us but there have been 8 combined turnovers (4-Fresno State, 4-K State). WTH?

Not sure what system you guys are playing on but I was having fumble issues on the current gen version. I turned the campus challenge off and the number of fumbles have dropped drastically.

In the past 3 games I've played I think I've had one.
