I read somewhere that you can set a team budget.
I guess it is between recruiting training etc?

Anyone please tell me how I find this budget?

I think it is the first thing you do every offseason. It is one of the first if it isn't the first. Recruit good kids and you can spend more points on recruiting and training. Look at their discipline ratings.

Yes, the first off season task.

I usually assign 40 training 40 recruiting and 20 discipline. I never end up using all my discipline points.

I do the same thing, but one freaking year, my entire linebacking corp decided to screw off. I ran out of points with 3 weeks to go and came very very close to being put on probation.

Wow, no problems for me so far. My punter got suspended twice in the same season once, but that's about it. I don't think I had any violations during my last season.

Yeah, it was weird, it only happened that one year. My starting OLB's both kept getting into trouble and just decimated my points. The 6 other seasons of my dynasty have had a total of 2 problems.
