At what time do you get to pick your impact players (one for Offense, one for Defense.) Is that during Position Change section of Off-Season?

You pick them after the spring game in the off season that you can choose to play or skip. You can only pick two, the cpu randomly picks a third one.

i was referring to current gen xbox, don't know about 360.
