Good god, that's the only way to reach EA according to their website. I had to go through technical service. I imagine that is their "customer service."
And you're right, I do want to complain. I'm very frustrated with EA Sports. I have a NCAA 07 PSP disc mailed off to them because of a nasty glitch and this whole issue with not including alternate uniforms on the 360 version and then not even being able to PAY EA to get them is f'ing ridiculous. Where you're wrong is the part about not wanting an answer. I just shouldn't have to jump through hoops to find out. I appreciate you giving me your "idea" and I will try it. If I learn anything I'll post it. Sorry you don't like my complaining, but as much money as I've forked over to EA the past several years, I feel I have the right.
