Florida Atlantic.

Don't know about cool uniforms, but they have the other two...well, the QB may not be impact but he is one of the fastest in the game.

Air Force is fun...has no blocking but fun...ran all over Tenn. for the 2nd straight year...lost but ran over them for 342 yards...
UTEP- use Lorne Sam as qb instead of Jordana Palmer...
UAB-black jerseys are messed up, but have decent freshman qb...
North Carolina-might be 4*-cam sexton tears up the joint + quality comp...
