What team were you using? If you were using a not so great team, then it is very possible to give up 300 yards on the ground...

Yeah, I'm playing as Louisiana Monroe, C- defense.

And I'm on Heisman.

Re: CPU Running Project...

Man am I having some great games with this new running project and slider set. So far in my 6 team dynasty here are the scores...

South Carolina(me) @ Miss State 24-20 Win
Boston College @ CMU (Me) 27-24 Loss
Virginia (me) @ Pitt 33-35 Loss
Missouri State @ Ok State(me) 7-72 Win
Idaho @ Mich STate(me) 17-31 Win
Notre Dame(Me) @ GT 37-13 Win
Wyoming @ Virginia (me) 12-36 Win
Georgia @ South Carolina (me) 28-31 Win

Georgia's Tailback just dropped 231 yards rushing on me, but I exposed their secondary and came out with a suprising victory, scoring on a 1 yard TD pass with 52 seconds left capping off a 13 play 87 yard drive for the victory.

I pick the plays, but I have to be careful calling long pass plays because of the low pass blocking. It can turn into a sack real quick. Have to set up the pass with the run.

Yep. I usually only have luck with long pass plays if I'm running playaction.

If you like that fast paced action in the game, use Spartans...if you like the game slowed or want a change of pace, use mine...personally, that seems to be the only difference...i have been using spartans with a new 3 team dynasty I just started...Mich, Texas, and Georgia...all power schools, traditional uni's, etc...i have been getting tight games here...for instance, i changed Georgia's opener to Wisconsin, just to see what would happen...45 rushing attempts later P.J. has 145 yards...Georgia won 24-14, but Wisconsin stuck to pounding the ball, and were unsuccessful putting up the PA deep pass...that is one of the cool differences I automatically saw between the two...cpu deep ball is way limited...so what i am doing is playing out year two of my 12 teamer with my sliders and then using spartans for this 3 teamer....
