Over the past several weeks, I have noticed that when I achieve certain feats, they do not show up on my "Achievments List."

For example, when passing for 4 TDs in a game, I don't receive any notification of the accomplishment.

I know that I use the same QB (even if that makes a difference).

There are a few achievements that have worked, however.

I have not activated any cheats. I'm using both sliders and rosters (w/o ratings modifications) posted on this site.
I'm not the greatest NCAAer in the world, but it's nice to be recognized for what things I do accomplish. Does anyone have any similar experience with this?

Must have been some small roster changes or it would take. What i doing to do is i played some games with the default unnamed rosters to reach some achievements- most are easy to do in a game or two.

Many of those have to be achieved on 5 minute quarters I believe.

Yep, five minutes. But I don't think it matters what minutes you have set to get the 4 TDs in a game, blocked punt/fg or achievements that don't really depend on time.

Make sure you are playing at least the second difficulty. Forgot what it's called.

What exactly are achievements?...what benefit do they give you?

I've been playing AA difficulty and 8 minute quarters.

While on xbox.com and viewing my achievements, (Gamertag: hijumpr111)
I've noticed that my ast achievement dates back to October 14.
I have accomplished 4 of the remaining achievements on more than once occasion since that date, yet each time, they are not credited.
I cannot recall "altering" settings of any kind since that date either.

It appears that a "lock" has been placed on obtaining any additional achievements.

I'll complete a season and (hopefully) win a bowl with one of my three user-controlled teams and see if I receive credit for that. I have no hope of a National Championship with either team.

It's not a big deal. I love the game anyway. This just has me puzzled.

I think I may have solved this mystery.
But I could be wrong.

I currently control three teams. It seems that you cam only attain achievements with whichever team is currently designated as "active."

I'll continue to test this.
